Who is eligible to win?
All Current Customers who are in good standing with Mercury Broadband.1
What must I do to enter the contest?
Refer Mercury Broadband to a minimum of three (3) prospects and you will automatically be entered.
What must a person do to be considered a ‘prospect’?
a. Contact us at 800-354-4915. For this contest, Mercury Broadband cannot credit subscribers who just give us names.
b. Be located within a Mercury service area. They do not have to be ‘serviceable’ but should be in an area where we serve.2
c. Have a discussion with a Mercury sales associate to learn more about our services. They do not have to buy but should at least learn enough to make an informed decision.
d. Provide the name of the person who referred them (who must be a Mercury customer).
What about the regular credit for referring new customers?
YES, if the prospect meets all the above criteria, then the sales associate will immediately issue a $50 “Refer a Friend” credit to the referring customer. The referring customer will receive a “Refer a Friend” credit for every confirmed prospect.
When does the contest end?
The contest runs through June 30th, 2023.
When will the winner be announced?
On July 5, 2023, ‘Refer a Friend’ credits issued during the contest period will be tallied & winner announced.3
