Austin Adolphson has been with Mercury Broadband since 2011, where he began as a Field Services Technician. He later completed Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Training through Comtrain, becoming a certified climber and rescuer.
In 2014, Austin transition to the role of Sales Associate, and shortly thereafter was promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager. Austin attended Washburn University in Topeka, KS, where he received his B.S. in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in History. Austin also studied abroad at Bell College in Glasgow, Scotland, as part of his Criminal Justice degree.
Austin Adolphson joined Mercury’s Field Services team in 2011 and quickly excelled at supporting our customers in the field. Austin transitioned to assisting with site deployments before moving to a Sales role within the Company. After successfully leading the Company’s sales initiatives, Austin was promoted to Sales & Marketing manager.
Austin’s current responsibilities include partnering with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop, implement, and track sales goals, commercial account management, and leading the team of sales representatives. Austin is responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and evaluating all sales team members with a focus on setting them up for success within the Company to ensure long-term retention.
