Annette Middendorf

Annette Middendorf joined Mercury Broadband in 2019 as Customer Service Manager. Before joining Mercury, Annette was an Area Manager for Schwan’s, where she was a certified trainer, traveling across the United States. Annette held several additional leadership roles including management at Cox Communications and assistant Vice President at UMB Bank. Annette studied at Washburn University in Topeka Kansas.

Annette’s current responsibilities include management of the customer service team including recruiting, developing, coaching, and evaluating team members. Additionally, Annette handles all complex customer requests and partners across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
