Excellent customer service. We just moved to the country. I had another company, and their service was bad. The Internet did not work and buffered for hours. The tech with mercury was on our roof for an hour in the snow, tuning our receiver in to get the absolute best signal as I told him the story about our last service. The tv and router never buffer.
